1] I see that all items are hand crafted in your
studio, how long does it take for you to make
my order?
Your order only takes 1-3 business days to make
in our studio in North Carolina. Your order will
then ship according to the way that you choose
in your shopping cart. For fastest delivery time
we recommend FedEx 2nd day. You can then track
your order if you need to.

will get here in time?
The best way to guarantee that your order will
arrive the next day is to call our office at
1-800-794-2973 and place your order over the
phone. We will let you know if we can make your
order that day and ship it out FedEx next day.

3] How do I order
an item?
- Click on the item thumbnail you want to order.
- Choose the quantity, and size for that item.
- Click the "add to cart" button. This puts the
item in your shopping cart. You can always
edit this later.
- Choose your shipping method, payment method
and click the "Click to order" Button.
- If you have any problems or questions, or would
prefer to just talk to a person you can call

You will be responsible for paying any duties

1] What is your return policy?
You may return all purchases
under $100.00 within 10 days
of your invoice date for
a full refund less shipping
costs. Returned orders over
$100.00, and all wholesale
orders are subject to a 20%
restocking fee. If you are
unsure about ordering multiple
pieces we recommend placing
a small test order to evaluate
the quality and color of
the jewelry. If you are satisfied
you can reorder additional
pieces and we will be able
to get your order to you
in a short period of time.

All items have a lifetime
guarantee. If an item ever
breaks or needs to be repaired,
please call our office at

all the instructions below.
1. Send item back to the following address. Make sure your
item is wrapped
